Job Description
About the Role:We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Home Workers to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. This is more than a job it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day.
What You’ll Do:
Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily living needs.
Monitor and record health signs, reporting changes promptly.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence.
Encourage residents to take part in hobbies, activities, and social engagement.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Caring, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting others.
6 months+ experience in care preferred, but not always essential.
Flexible and open to working more than 25 hours per week.
Team player with empathy, patience, and reliability.
