We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Grade III Clerical Officer for a temporary position in Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office.
Experienced in delivering excellent reception services while effectively managing and supporting dynamic office teams is essential.
Location: Bray (on site)
Temporary Month to Month temporary initial contract
Pay scale is €17.04- €26.52 depending on previous relevant public sector experience.
Full Time: 35 hours Mon- Fri (9-5)
Available for immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience.
