Support end-to-end financial and operational processes, including payroll, procurement, and accounts management, with strong SAP system expertise.
Payroll: Process monthly payroll, maintain records, ensure statutory compliance, and resolve payroll queries.
SAP: Execute transactions (POs, invoices, journal entries, payroll postings), maintain data accuracy, and generate reports.
Procurement: Prepare purchase requisitions/orders, coordinate with vendors, track deliveries, and maintain documentation.
Finance & Accounts: Handle AP/AR, perform reconciliations, support month-end closing, and assist with budgeting/analysis.
SAP MM/FI/CO/HR experience
Payroll knowledge and compliance awareness
Strong financial and procurement process understanding
Accuracy, analytical thinking, and good communication
Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
2–5+ years’ experience in payroll, SAP, procurement, or accounts
