TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Tallaght, Dublin.
Job Type: 3 month initial contract
Full time: 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 08.30-16.00/ 09.00- 16.30
Pay rate: €17.04 - €26.52 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone queries with professionalism, providing helpful information to clients.
- Efficient in scheduling and booking appointments.
- Support with assessments.
- Oversee and respond to phone and email communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide essential documentation and coordination support.
- Support other staff with clerical tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good Knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable.
