Job Description: Temporary Behaviour Therapist

Location: Kells Children's Disability Network, Kells, Ireland

Position: Temporary Behaviour Therapist

Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and interventions for children with disabilities.- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.- Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies to address behavioral challenges.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, psychologists, and educators.- Conduct training sessions for families and caregivers to support therapeutic goals at home.- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care.

Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related field.- Experience working with children with disabilities- Strong understanding of developmental disorders and behavioral therapies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and reporting progress.- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
