Roles that we are seeking staff for are aligned with Children’s Disability Network Team Longford and central Westmeath.Our team provide supports to children and young people aged 0-18 with complex needs arising from a disability. CDNT 8 Longford and Central Westmeath are located in the Midlands, 30 minutes from Mullingar, Carrick on Shannon, Cavan and Roscommon.We provide interdisciplinary supports to children and young people based on the priorities identified with the family at the time od Individual Family support planning. CORU registration is required.It is expected that the initial period of cover would be for 6 months.
