Social Care Leader – Mainstream Residential

Salary: €42,432 – €46,176

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position

As a Social Care Leader you will play a leading role in supporting your team to ensure the house runs smoothly in it's day to day operations.

You will assist in the building of individual care plans, ensuring child-centred care is at the core of everything you do.

Requirements:

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
• Full drivers licence and access to own transport
• 2 years experience of working at social care grade with children/young persons
• Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models
• Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
