TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an Rick Officer/Assistant to Senior Manager of Risk, Governance and Regulation on behalf of a South Dublin based Addiction & Homeless service provider.

This is a 30 hour week with the opportunity to work some hours from home – flexible hours offered.

The Role:

To provide dedicated support in the areas of risk, governance, compliance, and assurance across the organisation. The role will ensure that processes, reporting, and regulatory obligations are effectively maintained, while supporting colleagues in embedding best practice. The postholder will also provide system administration, coordination of Health & Safety requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement across compliance functions.

Salary: €42505 to €44885 pro rata

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role within compliance, governance, or a regulated environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience using systems such as Vi Clarity, Salesforce, or Decision Time (desirable).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues and external providers.
