Job Summary:Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital is seeking a temporary Radiographer to join our dynamic imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to ensure high-quality patient care, utilizing their skills in operating radiographic equipment and producing images for medical diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and the public.- Maintain accurate patient records and manage imaging data.- Collaborate with medical professionals to interpret imaging results and support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.- Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.- Provide compassionate care and support to patients during imaging procedures.

Skills Required:- Proficiency in operating radiographic and imaging equipment.- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to follow protocols and maintain high standards of practice.- Knowledge of current radiographic techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:- Degree in Radiography or related field.- Registration with CORU- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Duration: 6 months min with potential for extension based on hospital needs.
