TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Dublin 6.
Job Type: Temporary 3 month initial contract
Full time - 9-5 Monday to Friday
Pay rate: €17.04 - €26.52 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
- Handle telephone inquiries and provide information as required.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and general office duties.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience in minute taking during meetings and dictaphone typing is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable.
