TTM Healthcare Solutions are recruiting for a Technology Support Officer.

In this role, you will be assigned to work as part of a small but focused team to ensure the delivery and support of quality information technology solutions within a person-centred environment. The role is primarily based in Galway and involves ensuring the smooth operation of the company's information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and providing end-user support. 
You will be working for an organisation that supports people with intellectual disabilities and their families across Galway City and County. These services are provided across a range of Day Care, Residential and Respite facilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified IT professional
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Technical Support Role
• Troubleshooting skills and an indepth knowledge of Windows 365 and Exchange Email.
