Job Title: Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III

Location: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Job Description:

As a Temporary Clerical Officer Grade III, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office in Dun Laoghaire. You will assist with various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
- Handle telephone inquiries and provide information as required.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and general office duties.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable.
