Location: Tuam Primary Care Centre, Sean Purcell Road, Tuam, Galway
Shift pattern: Day shift 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Duration: 3 - 6 months

• Conducting holistic assessments to understand a person’s social, emotional, and practical circumstances.
• Creating tailored interventions to promote well-being, independence, and social inclusion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work/Bachelor in social studies 
• CORU Registration is mandatory
• Must be a resident in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
