Responsibilities:

• - Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu specifications.
  - Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
  - Assist with menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
  - Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  - Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality.
  - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
  - Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
