Job Description
We are currently recruiting for temporary Grade III Clerical Officers in Limerick City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support in a busy public sector service.
Location: Limerick City Centre
Full time role- 35hrs per week (9-5 Mon- Fri)
Temporary 3 month initial contract
PayScale is in line with Public Sector- €16.87- €26.25 per hr depending on previous relevant public sector experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Minute taking during meetings and accurately recording the discussions and decisions made.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, including coordinating dates, booking venues, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
- Maintaining and updating files and records.
- Cross checking and verifying information.
- Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to pick up systems quick and good IT knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Proficiency in minute taking and meeting scheduling/organizing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Share point, Excel, Outlook).
