Role: Behaviour Specialist

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
• PSI-accredited MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA preferred but not essential
• 2 years working with adults with intellectual disabilities, including autism.
• 2 years facilitating Positive Behaviour Support, preferably using the Multi-Element Behaviour Support Model for assessment, plan development, implementation, and evaluation.
