Overview

The Social Care Manager carries responsibility for the care delivered to the young people. Social Care’s house and for the staff who deliver that care. They are responsible for ensuring that the care given meets with company policies and procedures and with national regulations and that the environment in which the care is given is homely, clean, safe and appropriate for the young people’s ages and stages of development. As a member of the Region’s Management team, the Social Care Manager contributes to the development of strategies, policies and systems related to all aspects of Operations, and to their implementation

Requirements:

• Level 7/8 in Social Care or Equivalent
• Level 6 in Management
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a Social Care Grade in a Children’s Residential Centre
• Supervisory or Management experience
• Car and Full Licence
