Responsibilities:

•  Dispense medications accurately and in accordance with legal and professional requirements.
•  Provide comprehensive medication therapy management for patients with addiction issues.
•  Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
•  Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
•  Monitor patient progress and adjust medication plans as necessary.
•  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
•  Valid pharmacist license in Ireland.
•  Experience in addiction services or mental health care is highly desirable.
•  Strong knowledge of addiction medications, including methadone and buprenorphine.
