Role: Senior Cardiac Physiologist

Location: Dublin  

Job Type: Full Time Permanent HSE Contract

Salary: €52,969 - €69,359  

TTM Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Cardiac Physiologist for a leading HSE hospital based in South Dublin.

The person appointed to this post will be responsible for the performance of diagnostic procedures. The busy Cardiac Department carries out a comprehensive range of non-invasive Cardiac Investigations as outlined below. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge and competence and be suitably qualified to perform/train in all of these areas.

The Senior Grade Cardiac Physiologist should be familiar with the techniques and range of equipment used in current medical practice for the diagnosis, treatment and care of Cardiac patients including resuscitation equipment and the following investigations: 

• Resting ECG
• Exercise Stress Testing (as per British Society protocols): Performance, interpretation and analysis for reporting
• Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring and analysis
• Independent Ambulatory ECG monitoring and analysis
• Independent Adult Echocardiography and reporting

Key Requirements:

• A BSc in Clinical Measurement or equivalent.
• IICMP registration
• 3 years experience
• Expertise in adult Echocardiography.
• Independent performance and interpretation of ambulatory cardiac non-invasive investigative procedures.
