TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector
to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer to join their team in Ballymun.
6 month initial Temporary contract.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
35hours per week.
Public Sector pay rate.
Immediate Start.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounts, payroll departments.
- Data entry, filing, and processing of invoices and PO numbers.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of finance and accounts, payroll processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have Finance background/accounting background/qualifications
