Job Description

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an experienced Regional Manager – East Community on behalf of a leading disability service.

This is a full time permanent contract working 39 hours per week for a section 39 organisation. 

Salary: € 74,943.35 - €91,847.12 per annum

Requirements:

• A third level qualification or relevant professional qualification.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ management experience within the disability, broad personal social services or healthcare sector.
• Strategic leadership and people management skills and experience. • Strategic planning and service development experience.
• Knowledge of current policy and developments in the disability sector.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities, Trust in Care and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults.
• Experience of the HIQA Inspection process and completion and monitoring of Action Plans to acceptance by HIQA.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) (Amendment) Bill 2022.
• Experience in starting and developing new service provision in partnership with the HSE.
