Responsibilities:

• Provide Assessment and Interventions to Older Persons with a variety of Rehabilitation needs .
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to junior therapists and occupational therapy assistants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• CORU registration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rehabilitation.
• -Experience working in Rehabilitation setting is desirable and work experience post qualification is essential.
• Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
