Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioural assessments to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioural strategies and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Adapt interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

Requirements:

• Level 7 in Behavior Support or related discipline
• Proficiency in behavioural analysis and intervention techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the clients.
• Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• Candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months over the age of 16 will be required to produce International Police Clearance. Failure to have this document during the initial recruitment stages will result in an unsuccessful application.
