Job Title: Staff and Senior Radiographers

Location: Private Hospital, South Dublin

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: 45-65K Per annum

As their services expand, we are looking to welcome skilled and compassionate Staff Radiographers and Senior Radiographers to their team.

Job Description

As a Radiographer in our hospital, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray examinations. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide accurate and timely imaging to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment, including MRI, CT, and X-ray machines.
• Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and communicate findings with the medical team.
• Ensure proper maintenance and quality control of imaging equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Support and mentor junior staff, particularly in the Senior Radiographer role.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the radiology department.

Qualifications and Experience

For Staff Radiographers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
• CORU registration as a Radiographer.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in MRI, CT, or X-ray imaging is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

For Senior Radiographers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
• CT Experience is Highly Desirable
• CORU registration as a Radiographer.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of clinical experience, including experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Advanced expertise in one or more imaging modalities (MRI, CT, or X-ray).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff.
