Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functionality.
- Implement rehabilitation programs tailored to the specific needs of older persons.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Physiotherapist qualification
• Registration with the relevant professional body.
• Experience working with older persons.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• Candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months over the age of 16 will be required to produce International Police Clearance. Failure to have this document during the initial recruitment stages will result in an unsuccessful application.
