Medical Social Worker - Full-time (37.5 hrs per week)

A healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Medical Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload, including complex and urgent cases.

Requirements:

• A relevant 3rd level qualification in Social Work.
• CORU Registration.
