Role: Behaviour Specialist  

Location: Charleville, Co. Cork, covering North Cork & South Limerick

Salary: €39,993 - €63,197

Job Type: Full time 35 hours per week

Contract: 3 year fixed-term contract  

TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Behaviour Specialist to join a voluntary organisation in Cork, Ireland. This role will be based in Charleville, and covering North Cork & South Limerick.

The purpose of the post is to provide specialist expertise in the area of behaviours of concern within our adult service provision in North Cork. The successful candidate will be a key member of a well-established multi-disciplinary team providing a high quality service across all areas of adult services. The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing development and roll-out of evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans, staff training & consultation, assessment & intervention and liaison with families. 

Key Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (or equivalent)
• BCBA certification desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology desirable
• Full driver’s license and use of a car essential
• Minimum of 3-5 years-experience working as a Behaviour Therapist/Specialist with adults with intellectual disabilities/complex needs
