Job Description

TTM Healthcare Solutions are seeking Paediatric Speech & Language Therapists to join a dedicated team at Child Development Centres across Ireland, with opportunities in Kildare, Mayo, Monaghan, and West Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide family-centred therapy, including assessment and intervention for children with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Work with both individual and group treatment sessions, primarily clinic-based, with occasional community and school visits.
  • Offer teletherapy services when appropriate to support children and their families remotely.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case meetings, service planning, and development.
  • Assist in delivering parent and teacher training sessions, and provide expert advice and support to colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and service standards.
  • Participate in CPD opportunities, engaging in professional development activities to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy (or equivalent qualification) with validation for practice in Ireland.
  • CORU registration and membership with the IASLT are essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in paediatric speech and language therapy is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with children with autism, Down syndrome, and sensory processing issues is highly desirable.
  • Garda vetting and references will be required.
  • Must have access to your own car for travel, as school visits may be required.
