Job Title: Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer
Location: Limerick City
Pay scale: €16.05- €25.43
Full Time- Mon- Friday ( 9-5 1 hr lunch)
Duration: Temporary 3 month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
