Job Description

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Care Manager for a community Homecare provider in the Meath area. 

This role involves direct oversight of client care, managing care staff, and liaising with the Regional Manager to support the growth and efficiency of the service. The Care Manager will play a pivotal role in client assessments, care planning, and the ongoing monitoring of care packages to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients.

This is a full time role working 39 hours per week. Hours are flexible.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the home care or community care sector.
• Strong knowledge of care management, including client assessment, care planning, and team supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and care staff.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant IT systems, including Microsoft Office and care management software.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a car for travel within the region

Remuneration:

Salary €40000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
