TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Regional Care Manager for a Community Homecare provider. This role will cover the North East and West of Ireland.

The Regional Care Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care services across multiple locations within the assigned region. This role involves managing a team of Care Managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth. The Regional Care Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare partners, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

This is a full time permanent post.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the home care sector.
• Strong knowledge of care management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in achieving KPIs, and driving growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and care management software.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a car for travel within the region

Remuneration:

Competitive salary: €45000 - €50,000 DOE
