Job Title: Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer
Temporary 3month contract
Full time- 9.00-5.00 (1hr lunch) Monday - Friday
PayScale is €16.05 - €25.43 per hour depending on previous relevant public sector experience
Location: Co Sligo
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
Must be available for an immediate start following successful pre-employment and onboarding.
