TTM Healthcare Solutions are seeking a Senior Medical Scientist in Histology on behalf of a private hospital in Dublin. This is a remarkable opportunity for experienced professionals to advance their careers within a leading healthcare institution.

The successful candidate will work in the Histology laboratory, contributing to the hospital's high standards of patient care through effective management and delivery of histological services.

Essential Criteria:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• CORU Registration: Must hold a recognized Department of Health qualification for a Senior Medical Scientist.
• Professional Recognition: Possess a fellowship of the Academy of Medical Sciences or be eligible for such a fellowship.
• Experience: A minimum of four years of experience in a Medical Laboratory since qualifying as a Medical Scientist.

Desirable Criteria:

While not mandatory, the following attributes are highly desirable:

• Quality Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Pathology quality systems, such as INAB to ISO 15189 Standards for Medical Laboratories.
• Experience: Previous experience in document control, auditing, and managing non-conformances.
• Specialized Expertise: Substantial experience in Histopathology.
