Client Service Manager – Residential

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position (169 Hours Per Month)

Salary: €53,621 to €62,619

Locations: Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow

This service provides care for 6 mature males and females. There is a mix in the location of clients with profound learning disabilities and complex medical issues. Our clients may need some mobility support due to physical disabilities. There is a skill mix in this location of nurses, community support workers and care assistants as well as some additional support regarding domestic and cooking duties.

This is a homely working environment and teamwork plays a key part in ensuring our clients get a high standard of care. Our clients’ families are supportive of the service and the care our clients receive. Our clients take an active role in our community. They really enjoy, arts and crafts, music, getting out and about and spending time

outdoors

Requirements:

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
• Level 6 in Management
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Intellectual Disability
• 3 years Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care
• Full licence and access to own transport
