TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have partnered with a leading organisation to hire Band 2 Healthcare Assistants with a focus on those who can work DAYS between the hours of 7am-8pm in the Royal Victoria Hospital for agency work.

When working with TTM, a Tier 1 approved supplier of Healthcare Assistants to the HSC, you will enjoy first preference on all HSC shifts, excellent pay rates and 24/7 support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance to patients with their daily needs.
• Aid patient’s mobility, ensuring they feel safe and confident.
• Monitor and document patients’ health signs.
• Be a friendly presence, offering emotional support.
• Encourage participation in activities and hobbies to enhance patients’ mood and wellbeing.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable.
Minimum of 6 months healthcare experience obtained in the UK.
Evidence of full immunity to Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis & Varicella.
Right to work in Northern Ireland.
Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy towards others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
