Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Nurse to join our healthcare team on a temporary basis in Dublin. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support medical staff, and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- - Assist in medical procedures and examinations.
- - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and regulations.
- - Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- - Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- - Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- - Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR).
