TTM are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist for a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week) across the Mid-West region.
This organisation provides community-based residential rehabilitation services across Ireland. Their mission is to serve, advocate, empower, and support those impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives.
Role Overview:
- Conduct psychological assessments of clients and potential clients.
- Design and provide rehabilitation programs.
- Support clients, families, staff, and others.
- Offer professional/clinical support to frontline professionals.
- Develop innovative responses to the needs of clients with brain injuries.
Essential Qualifications:
- University degree or diploma (QQI level 8) recognized by PSI, with 1st or 2nd class honors.
- Post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by PSI and Department of Health
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
- Driving license and access to own car.
- High standard of professional attainment.
- Specific skills and experience in neurological assessments and interventions are desirable.
Desirable Experience:
- Working with adults with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions.
- Using Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
- Conducting formal neuropsychological assessments.
- Continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of disability-related legislation and standards.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
