Job Description

TTM Healthcare are recruiting for temporary Band 7 Nurse Practitioners to support a leading NHS Trust in Staffordshire for a period of 3 months. The successful candidates will have advanced skills in Physical Health Assessment at Level 6/7 and Non-Medical Prescribing at Level 6/7.

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Conduct comprehensive physical health assessments for patients - Provide expert clinical care and advanced practice nursing - Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Non-Medical Prescribing qualifications - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Qualifications and Skills:
• - Registered Nurse Practitioner with current NMC registration - Advanced skills in Physical Health Assessment (L6/7) - Qualifications in Non-Medical Prescribing (L6/7) - Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
