Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team on a temporary basis in Co. Clare.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Responsibilities include assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The Temporary Staff Nurse will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments. - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. - Develop and implement nursing care plans. - Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• - Active NMBI registration
  - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  - Flexibility to work various shifts as required
