Job Description
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Day Service Manager on behalf of a leading Complex Needs Service based in Limerick.This is a Permanent Full-Time position working 35 hours per week.
Salary:
€55,849- €72,602 - Salary Dependent on Relevant Public Sector Experience.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registration
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a comparable organisation.
- Have completed a recognised management programme.
- Leading and managing a team, resources and delivering services.
- Have experience of supporting people to integrate into their community.
- Hold a full Clean Driving License for driving of manual vehicles - Essential
- Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of DOCDSS competency framework.
Desirable:
- Committed to working with families, advocates and MDT members.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a proven track record in managing change.
- Be familiar with the New Directions policy and its implementation.
- Have excellent computer skills.
