Project Worker - Supported Housing for Youth

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position

Salary: €36,687 - €39,800

Locations: Dublin City

Work schedule: Monday to Friday with some flexibility required

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who support people experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their homes across Ireland. The purpose of this role is to work as part of the Supported Housing for Youth Team to provide care and support for young people who have experienced homelessness to complete a program and pathway to secure and stable accommodation.  The priority target group will be young people exiting emergency accommodation.

Requirements:

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or similar field
• 2 years’ Experience working with young people
• Car and Full Licence
