TTM Healthcare Solutions in partnership with our client a Nursing & Retirement Home (51 Bedded) based in Connemara, Co. Galway are actively looking to recruit a full time Permanent Staff Nurse (RGN)

The Ideal Candidate must be/have:

• Be active on the live NMBI register.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Good time management
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by
• their doctor
• Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions
• Maintain accurate records of residents care.
• Identify care planning needs.
• Carry out risk assessment.
• Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members.
• Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff.
• Monitor patients' diet and exercise.
• Maintain continuing education and licensing requirements.
• Report any issues that arose during each shift.
