As a Band 3 HCA via TTM Healthcare a Tier 1 provider, you'll play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care to our patients. We are actively seeking individuals with a minimum of 12 months of experience in acute care settings, specifically those who prefer morning or day shifts. Minimum Requirements

Key Skills Required:

• Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced clinical skills, including monitoring vital signs, administering treatments under supervision, and assisting with more complex patient care activities.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Band 3 Healthcare Assistants should effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure comprehensive and empathetic care.
• Autonomy: Display a level of autonomy in carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities, showcasing the ability to make informed decisions within the scope of the role.
• Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of patients and the healthcare team. Flexibility in handling a variety of clinical situations is key.
• Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly within a healthcare team, fostering a supportive and positive working environment. Band 3 Healthcare Assistants contribute to the overall success of the team through effective communication and cooperation.
• Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, particularly when faced with complex clinical scenarios. The ability to think critically and act decisively is crucial.

Requirements - To be eligible for this role you must have:

12months experience in a healthcare environment

Valid Band 3 Certifications

Right to work in Northern Ireland

Preferably,  available for day shifts
