TTM Healthcare Solutions in partnership with the largest independent provider of nursing home care in Ireland and have devoted 20 years to refining their person-centred approach to care and building the most compassionate and skilled teams of healthcare professionals are looking to grow their Clinical Nurse Manager Team in their new State of the Art Care Centre based in South Dublin which is 2 minutes' walk from the Luas Green Line.Position - Clinical Nurse Manager - Patient Flow and Care Transition
This is a Full Time Permanent position working 39 hours per week.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registration
- BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
- Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
- Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
- Sound decision making ability.
- Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
- Results driven.
- Salary : €24 - €26 per hour
