What We're Looking For:

• NMBI Registered Nurse Licence: In good standing, showcasing your commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
• RNID Qualification (Desired): While not mandatory, this qualification is highly valued and welcomed.
• Initiative and Supervisory Skills: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take charge in supervising service users and staff.
• Experience with Challenging Behaviour: Previous experience working with adults exhibiting challenging behavior is crucial for success in this role.
