Job Description

In your role as a Senior Trust Officer, you will manage primarily international clientele in collaboration with the mandate leadership and independently administer trust mandates (domestic and foreign foundations, companies, and trusts).

You will work in the mandate team and take on administrative tasks related to the establishment, administration, and liquidation of domestic and foreign legal entities. You will have frequent written and telephone contact with clients, banks, and other market partners. Additionally, you will participate in client meetings and sometimes conduct them independently.

Your responsibilities include, in particular:
  • Point of contact for clients, correspondents, and market partners.
  • Partially independent management of primarily international clients with occasional travel.
  • Partially independent organization, handling, and administration of companies, foundations, and trusts, as well as medium-complex structures.
  • Preparation and follow-up of, as well as participation in, meetings with clients and correspondents.
  • Handling of banking transactions (payment transactions, cash management, account openings, etc.).
  • Preparation and partially independent handling of financial and commercial transactions.
  • Recording and invoicing of advisory and/or secretarial fees.
  • Maintenance of mandate files.
  • Administrative activities related to professional due diligence obligations.
  • Assumption of organizational roles in subsidiary companies and legal entities.
Profile requirements:
  • Basic commercial education (preferably in the fiduciary field) with further education, e.g., STEP, university of applied sciences, bachelor's degree.
  • Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector in an international environment.
  • High level of initiative and strong quality awareness.
  • Quick comprehension and interconnected thinking.
  • Communicative, customer-oriented, and resilient personality with integrity.
  • German and very good English skills (negotiation level).
