Job description

Finance Manager 100% – Switzerland

Independent management of financial accounting, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our swiss company in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligation.

Additionally, responsible for all financial matters for the whole group company, including consolidation, budget, transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.

Main responsibilities

• Daily Accounting (Bank accounts / AP / AR / GL), Travel Expenses, Credit Card
• Fixed assets & Inventory accounting
• Customer & Development Project accounting
• Handle VAT (import & export, tax returns, deductions) and prepare tax returns
• Monthly and annual closings (incl. reconciliations)
• Responsible for audit preparations
• Ensuring adequate financial reporting
• Budget preparation and evaluation
• Monthly cash planning and continuous steering of the liquidity
• Main contact for banks, insurance companies and consultants
• Further development of the ERP and other systems
• Leading employees from Export and Office Administration

Additional tasks

• Support customer projects from a financial point of view
• Supporting the international processes
