Role: Schedule Interface Coordinator
Location: Boden, Boden

Overview:
A major industrial construction project in Sweden is looking for an experienced Schedule Interface Coordinator to support cross-functional schedule alignment across the project. This role focuses on ensuring critical dependencies, handovers, constraints, and milestone risks between project areas are clearly identified, tracked, and escalated before impacting delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain the schedule interface register and dependency log
• Coordinate regular schedule interface reviews with Project Controls, Area teams, Construction, and Commissioning
• Identify milestone logic gaps, dependency risks, and handover constraints across project areas
• Ensure construction and commissioning requirements are incorporated into planning routines
• Translate schedule risks into clear planning actions, mitigation steps, and escalation points
• Support the 6-week lookahead process by validating dependencies and milestone readiness
• Provide regular reporting on schedule interface status to Interface Management and IMS leadership
• Ensure clear governance and alignment between Interface Management and Project Controls

Requirements:
• Experience in planning, project controls, or schedule coordination on large industrial or construction projects
• Strong understanding of schedule logic, dependencies, critical milestones, and handover sequencing
• Experience using planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
• Structured approach to dependency management and action tracking
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to proactively identify and escalate schedule-related risks

Success Measures:
• Schedule interface register is actively maintained and used by the project
• Cross-area dependency risks are identified before impacting critical milestones
• Project Controls receives clear and timely planning inputs from Interface Management
• Interface ownership is clear and avoids duplication with Project Controls
