We are currently supporting a major Data Centre construction project in Finland and are looking for experienced HSE Advisors to join the site team.
This is a site-based role supporting the safe delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical construction project. The successful candidate will work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and project management to ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements
Review RAMS, permits to work, and other safety documentation
Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement initiatives
Promote a positive safety culture across all site activities
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and client requirements
Track HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for project management
Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in Health & Safety roles within construction environments
Previous Data Centre construction experience is essential
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations
Experience carrying out audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Experience reviewing RAMS and permit-to-work systems
Ability to engage effectively with contractors and site teams
Strong communication and reporting skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification preferred
EU Passport or existing right to work in Europe is advantageous
