Job Description

Currently, we are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Planner to support a large-scale data centre construction project in Norway. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge digital infrastructure developments within a fast-growing international market.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Update schedules based on site progress and contractor inputs.
• Track key milestones and critical path activities.
• Coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare planning documentation and project reports.
• Support change management and delay analysis activities.
• Attend project meetings and communicate planning updates effectively.
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project planning within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and project controls methodologies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within complex project environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience.
• Experience working on large international construction projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning and handover planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Scandinavian project experience is advantageous.
